التعسف في استعمال الحق كأساس للعنف الأسري دراسة في ضوء القواعد الفقهية والمقاصدية

تناولت الدراسة الحديث عن التعسف في استعمال الحق كأساس للعنف الأسري من حيث بيان معناه اللغوي والاصطلاحي، ثم توضيح صور التعسف في الحقوق الأسرية، وقد قامت الدراسة على بيان دور القواعد الشرعية والمقاصدية في نبذ العنف الأسري ومعالجته، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. The study dealt with talking about the arbitrariness of using the right as a basis for domestic violence in terms of explaining its linguistic and terminological meaning, then clarifying the forms of arbitrariness in family rights. The study was based on explaining the role of legal and objective rules in rejecting and addressing domestic violence. The research came in an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion.
