الأرثوركسيا العصبية من واقع الدراسات النفسية المعاصرة مراجعة نظرية Orthorexia Nervosa: A Review of the Literature from Contemporary Psychological Studies

ملخـــص هدف البحث الحالي إلى إجراء مراجعة نظرية لما أسفرت عنه الدراسات والبحوث النفسية المعاصرة فيما يتعلق باضطراب الأرثوركسيا العصبية من حيث التعريف بهذا الاضطراب الذي تمثل في الإنشغال المفرط بالغذاء الصحي ووضع قواعد وعادات صارمة لتناول الطعام، وبيان للمحكات والمعايير التي انتهت اليها الدراسات التي تشير إلى هذا الاضطراب والتعريف بأوجه التشابه بين هذا الاضطراب واضطرابات الطعام الأخرى، إضافة إلى تناول علاقته بالاضطرابات النفسية مثل الوسواس القهري والقلق والاكتئاب، واتضح من المراجعة النظرية التي أجريت أنه لايزال هناك درجة كبيرة من الغموض التي تحيط بأعراض الاضطراب وانتشاره .كلمات مفتاحية:الأرثوركسيا العصبية- اضطرابات الأكل- اضطرابات الشخصية- الوسواس القهري- الاكتئاب- القلق- الطعام الصحي.AbstractThe present study aims to conduct a literature review for psychological research related to orthorexia nervosa, in terms of defining this disorder, which is characterized by an obsession with healthy eating and strict dietary rules and habits. Additionally, it involves defining the criteria and standards that studies recommend for diagnosing this disorder, and its association with other eating disorders. Furthermore, the study investigates how orthorexia nervosa relates to psychological disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. According to the present study, this disorder still has no clear diagnostic criteria due to the fact that a significant number of specialists disagree on its symptoms, risk factors, and prevalence. This highlights the importance of enhancing protective factors, which are vital for creating counseling and therapeutic programs.Key words:Orthorexia Nervosa - Eating Disorders- Personality disorders - Obsessive Compulsive disorders - Deprssion - Anxiety- Healthy Eating.
