Depending on the degrees of limitations, the basic principles are identified the system limitations. System principles, in turn, are the basis of information technology immunity. Multilevel logic acquires the properties of a matrix. The first one organizes the conscious interaction of an individual in such a way that the myological loads used in performing any systemic actions do not turn out to be the main ones. They are non-essential ones since the systems approach organizes actions in artificial way. Optimization principle and everyday algorithm do not have these actions.
