Abstract

Real-time knowledge graph reasoning presents inherent trade-offs between response time and reasoning depth for modern AI systems. This paper introduces Real-Time Contextual Knowledge Graphs with Embedded Neural Reasoning, a framework unifying neural embedding approaches with symbolic reasoning modules to achieve subsecond inference with competitive accuracy. Our strategy utilizes quaternion-based embeddings to capture rich relational patterns and attention-based fusion mechanisms for adaptive combination of neural and symbolic evidence. The model employs multi-agent coordination for distributed inference and optimal caching methods to mitigate computational overheads. We demonstrate superior performance across benchmark datasets with 45.2ms average inference latency, 96% validation accuracy, and MRR scores ranging 0.142-0.237.Statistical significance testing validates dramatic performance enhancement over state-of-the-art baselines, achieving sub-100ms latency for realworld deployment. The enterprise-ready design includes Docker containerization, end-to-end monitoring, and faulttolerant coordination protocols. Our results establish new benchmarks for neural-symbolic knowledge graph reasoning systems, confirming the feasibility of coupling interpretable logical reasoning with real-time computational demands.
