Abstract

The article's focus is on the intricacies of the laws governing the application and advancement of artificial intelligence in space, as well as the associated concerns about the protection of fundamental human rights. A few definitional strategies for artificial intelligence are examined, together with the unique legal provisions in the relevant field. The authors came to the conclusion that an international treaty ought to be espoused under the United Nations' auspices to normalize the expenditure of artificial intelligence (AI) and space technologies. This treaty would concealment the establishment of an international law implementation agency to monitor AI and the observance of fundamental human rights in the designated area.
