Abstract

The current research was a consequence of complex training on different surfaces on anaerobic power and leg explosive power among engineering college men football players. For this research, 40 men's football players were selected from the Trichy region of Anna University Engineering Colleges Football Players, Tamil Nadu and their ages ranged between 17 and 23 years. The subjects were divided into four squads: Squad A, which underwent complex training on artificial turf; Squad B, which underwent complex training on a natural grass surface; Squad C, which underwent complex training on a sand surface; and Squad D, which served as the control squad. The treatment protocol consists of three sections of training protocols for each of the 12 weeks. Anaerobic power is measured by (RAST), and the Sargent jump test measures leg explosive power. Before and after standard tests will be conducted, and data will be collected for analysis of their performance. Statistical analysis IBM SPSS (version 26) anacova. The level of significance was set at 0.05. The results show there was a significant improvement in anaerobic power and leg explosive power on different surfaces of complex training.
