Abstract

This report describes the successful management of a 17-year-old male presenting with a right femoral shaft fracture and a left Galeazzi fracture-dislocation following a road traffic accident. Both injuries were treated surgically: the femur with interlocking nailing and the Galeazzi fracture with Titanium Elastic Nailing (TENS). Despite the challenge of narrow medullary canals, excellent radiological union and functional recovery were achieved at the 11-month follow-up. This case highlights TENS nailing as an effective, minimally invasive option for complex forearm injuries.
