Apoio institucional: dispositivo na produção de usuária cuidadora

The theme of this study is Institutional Support, understood as a device in the field of collective health management, which aims to expand the capacity of collectives to analyze and intervene. The aim is to analyze Institutional Support in terms of what blurs the instituted, enabling instituting movements in the production of ‘user caregivers’. Users who are part of the health care process, situated between a certain politics of the clinic and the weaving of networks, whose emphasis is on the existential territories of the subjects. The research was carried out at the Nossa Senhora de Lourdes Maternity Hospital, a reference center for high-risk childbirth in the Sergipe State Urgency, Emergency and Hospital network. The methodology was based on cartography as a research-intervention method, and also on some concepts and tools from institutional analysis. A field diary was used to record the experiences. Based on these records, instituted practices as well as instituting movements were analyzed and problematized.
