Key Clinical MessageBrexpiprazole may be a viable treatment option during pregnancy and breastfeeding when the risk of maternal relapse outweighs potential fetal or infant risks.This case demonstrates successful use of brexpiprazole throughout pregnancy and lactation without adverse maternal or infant outcomes, supporting individualized, risk-benefit-based treatment decisions in perinatal psychiatry.
