Summary of Novel B-Bio Propositions For ECG Interpretation : Beyond Waveform-Centric and Black-Box Approaches
Abstract
Electrocardiogram (ECG) automation remains dominated by waveform-centric heuristics and data-driven artificial intelligence models that lack physiological guarantees, deterministic behavior, and auditability. This paper summarizes a set of novel physiological and geometric propositions under the B-Bio theory and their deterministic realization in the BVidAl system. ECG interpretation is reformulated as constrained physiological state inference rather than signal classification, with cardiac dynamics represented as structured trajectories on a toroidal phase manifold. Explicit physiological and geometric constraints govern admissible evolution, while pathological conditions correspond to measurable geometric and topological violations rather than probabilistic labels. The resulting framework enables explainable, reproducible, and fail-safe ECG interpretation, supports longitudinal monitoring, and provides transparent failure behavior suitable for clinical decision support and regulatory-aligned evaluation.
