Abstract

This paper shows how AI companies deliberately hide citations to make AI look like a " AI Magic." This Study tested Google, Google AI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT , Math GPT etc from December 2025 to January 2026. All platforms use the Peter Chew Method for Quadratic Equation without citing it. Google AI and Microsoft Copilot both admitted this was intentional. This "fake magic" works until students use these methods in exams get plagiarism charges. Under U.S. copyright law, willful infringement can result in $150,000 damages per violation. The evidence is clear: AI developers chose "AI heroism" over user safety.
