SH31C-VR8040 Interactive Visualization of Multiscale Shock Dynamics via the Cognitive-Based Emulation Framework for Grand Unification
Abstract
\cite{physics} This project showcases an interactive visualization and application tool developed to demonstrate the multiscale explanatory power of the Cognitive-Based Emulation (CBE) framework, originally formulated by Madison J. Newell (2025). While the theoretical derivation and formal presentation of the CBE model are addressed in a separate session, this work focuses specifically on applied visualization and analysis. Building on the Cosmological Projection of the entropy-driven CBE framework, the tool models multiscale field coupling in planetary and astrophysical plasma systems. Its goal is to provide a visual and conceptual bridge between recursive symbolic dynamics and observed field structures in regions dominated by turbulence, magnetic reconnection, and collisionless shocks. The tool simulates field behavior across bow shocks, reconnection layers, and Weibel-unstable boundary regions, integrating theoretical constructs with observational data—including measurements from the Earth’s magnetopause and the MMS spacecraft. Through symbolic feedback, it connects micro-instability growth with large-scale energy transfer, enabling both pedagogical and research-driven exploration of plasma dynamics. Developed under Newell’s direct mentorship, this project translates core theoretical elements into a user-focused, data-informed platform that highlights the flexibility, interpretive reach, and cross-domain relevance of the CBE model.
