Abstract

Project Hub: Quantum Vacuum Engineering (QVE)Welcome to the primary repository for the Quantum Vacuum Engineering (QVE) program. This project is dedicated to the practical application of the Version 11.0 Structural DNA Discovery, shifting the focus from cosmological observation to active metric manipulation. The Core MissionBy anchoring spacetime to the 3D site percolation threshold (p_c = 0.3107), we have decoded the geometric necessity of the vacuum. This project workspace houses the research and engineering protocols designed to leverage this discovery for two primary human benefits: Localized Density Manipulation: Utilizing coherent EUV resonance at 2.08 \times 10^{15} Hz to induce a 1% shift in the local percolation threshold, effectively "thawing" the vacuum. Reactionless Metric Surfing: Engineering an entropic connectivity gradient across a craft to harness the 4.9$\sigma$ CatWISE Dipole as a natural propulsion current.
