Abstract

Recurrent vomiting in chronic cannabis users may reflect cyclic vomiting syndrome or cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome.Understanding how to distinguish between them and treating comorbid major depressive disorder, cannabis use, and initiating migraine-oriented therapy can reduce clinical burden.
