Abstract

This proposal encourages the use of interdisciplinary developmental studies to implement more effective educational policies leveraging our Cognitive-Based Emulation (CBE) Field Model [1, Newell 2025] and literary experience to understand potential educational policy integration. It provides a new key perspective on trauma-informed pedagogy, personality, and time-based cognitive development. Drawing from Critical Race Theory (CRT) and developmental cognitive science, the framework views learning as a dynamic, cumulative process shaped by \cite{newell2025} experience and common place experience, comparable to the logic of Feynman Path integrals. This perspective emphasizes how cognition, personality, and scientific potential evolve across time, particularly for college-aged and early learners. STEM education continues to face structural gaps that disproportionately affect students from neurodiverse and economically marginalized backgrounds. This model examines how symbolic trauma markers and recursive personality development influence brain maturation, resilience, and capacity for advanced scientific reasoning. Based on this CBE model, we recommend a targeted set of programs: • Trauma-informed, Neurodivergence-centered learning strategies, STEM interventions to mitigate learning barriers in underserved communities • AI-supported equity systems for immediate early-intervention. • Policy reforms to create safer academic environments through anti-bullying measures, legal literacy, and equitable resource distribution • CRT-informed environments aimed at dismantling systemic barriers and fostering psychologically safe learning spaces This proposal seeks to reduce the long-term cognitive and developmental effects of systemic neglect and increase participation in scientific innovation, more sensitively: mitigating negative effects of policy testing on diverse student bodies.
