UK General Election 2015 Scoping Document

This document aims to establish the scope of a thematic website collection initiated as part of the wider work the UK Web Archive undertakes to document political events in the UK. This collection was given the title ‘UK General Election 2015’. The UK General Election of 2015 was held on 7 May 2015 to elect Members of Parliament (MPs) to the House of Commons. It was a significant election that delivered a surprising result and had a major impact on the UK’s political direction.
