A novel control strategy of hybrid rotor dual-stator low-speed motor based on improved sliding mode and active disturbance rejection control
Abstract
To reduce torque ripple and enhance disturbance rejection capability in the novel permanent magnet/reluctance hybrid rotor dual-stator low-speed synchronous motor system, this paper proposes an improved sliding mode-active disturbance rejection composite control strategy. In the speed loop design, a novel sliding mode speed controller is constructed by employing an improved reaching law, which not only retains the robustness of traditional sliding mode control but also mitigates chattering phenomena. For the current loop design, a second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller with dynamic compensation capability is adopted. Its linear extended state observer significantly reduces dynamic response time and enhances disturbance rejection by real-time estimation and compensation of internal and external coupled disturbances. Furthermore, improvements are made to the traditional linear active disturbance rejection controller by replacing the conventional proportional-derivative control law with a sliding mode control law. The sliding mode control demonstrates robustness against parameter uncertainties and proves highly effective for nonlinear systems, thereby achieving superior control performance. To validate the effectiveness of this control method, a simulation model of the dual-stator hybrid rotor synchronous motor and its vector control system is established in the Matlab/Simulink environment. Comparative results confirm the feasibility and control performance advantages of the proposed scheme.
