Abstract

This research work presents the development of an advanced multiple voltage bandgap reference circuit, evaluating various performance characteristics using Cadence Virtuoso in the 90nm technology node. The proposed circuit reliably provides stable multiple reference voltages with a$\pm$10% variability, suitable for precise applications. This work also focuses on analyzing key parameters including temperature coefficient (TC), power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), power dissipation, and line sensitivity.$\mathrm{Vref{_{x}}^{m,n}}$exhibit temperature coefficients from 22.29 to 41.07ppm/$^\circ$C over -40$^\circ$C to 125$^\circ$C temperature range, line sensitivities from 0.044%/V to 0.128%/V at 1.8V, and PSRR -57dB. Power dissipation is 368nW at 1.8V and 27$^\circ$C. The outcomes of the proposed circuit are favorable for all key performance metrics, making it a promising solution for applications requiring accurate and stable multiple and variable reference voltages.
