Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, and Dividend Policy on Firm Value in Transportation and Logistics Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2024. This is an associative quantitative study, using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample consists of 7 companies, resulting in a total of 42 observations. The data analysis method used is data panel regression with the help of EViews 13. The tests conducted in this study include the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a probability value of 0.0191 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 2.447081 > t-table 2.02439. Funding decisions have a negative and significant effect on firm value, with a probability value of 0.0244 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of –2.344693 > t-table 2.02439. Meanwhile, dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value, with a probability value of 0.7090 > 0.05 and a t-statistic of –0.376055 < t-table 2.02439. The R² value of 0.300229 indicates that the independent variables explain 30.02% of firm value. Based on the F-test results, the obtained probability value is 0.000830 < 0.05 and the F-statistic value is 6.863524 > F-table 2.852, indicating that investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value.
