Abstract

The Unified Wave Cosmological Model (UWCM) describes the Universe as a discrete dynamical network — the Plast. This work develops the formalism of the earlier preprint "Entropy, Information and the Internal Observer" [2], where entropy growth was derived from network dynamics. Here we provide a quantitative measure of the information process: information is defined as the number of changed connections ΔN. The energy cost of changing the configuration of a node is derived, and a connection is established between the information capacity of the ontological boundary (SGW) and the Planck scale. Within the proposed formalism, an ontological foundation is given to Landauer's principle: energy is released not by "erasing" information, but by restructuring Plast connections. It is also shown that the function of Maxwell's demon on a cosmological scale is performed by the SGW, transforming the chaos of the Filling into structured information at the cycle boundary. A formulation of the ontological law of conservation is proposed: energy, information, and mass are not created or destroyed — they only transition from one form to another. This makes UWCM not just a physical model, but a complete ontological system where nothing is lost and nothing arises from nothing. The work outlines tasks for further formalization: a rigorous derivation of the projection operator P from the dynamics of the Plast graph (see Section 3), as well as the extension of the proposed formalism to other levels of the Filling hierarchy.
