FORMATION OF CULTURAL TIES BETWEEN AZERBAIJAN AND THE TURKIC STATES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION

This article examines the development of cultural and scientific ties between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Turkic states. It analyzes the historical, geostrategic, economic, and political-historical factors that form the basis of cultural interaction. Particular attention is paid to the role of friendly relations between the leaders of the Turkic republics and the political will that contribute to strengthening cooperation in cultural and scientific fields.
