Abstract

Currently, the reduction of industrial and domestic emissions is an important component in the regulation of environmental problems. One of the most important steps is the reduction of emissions through the torch the burning of associated gas during the development of oil and gas fields. Acidic components such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans in the accompanying gas are toxic substances that show harmful effects on the environment and people. Other components, such as carbon dioxide, are greenhouse gases, the effects of which are manifested on a global scale, namely the increase in temperature and climate change. Purification of gas from acidic components, thus, is an important step in the chain of production processes of the oil industry. Research, optimization, increasing the efficiency of this process will help reduce its impact on the environment. The purpose of this work is to study the process of purification of the accompanying gas, to develop a model of the automated process control system in the UniSim Design simulation environment. To achieve the set goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: conduct an analysis of the subject area and existing methods of gas purification, make an overview of the technological process, building a static model of the technological process, construction of a dynamic model of the technological process, conduct experiments on built models, make a conclusion according to the results of modeling.
