Abstract

Data + code within this capsule was generated to characterise the post-reperfusion cardioprotective properties of BT2 in rat models of myocardial/ischemia-reperfusion injury. The data is comprised of snRNA-Seq and bulk RNA-Seq from rat cardiac tissue in the BT2 or vehicle control groups 4 or 24 hours after reperfusion. Code within this capsule is organised into jupyter notebooks and reproduces key steps in the analysis of the scRNA-Seq data. Step 1 involves processing cellranger output matrixes and identifying doublets. Step 2 identifies cell types (including heatmap and cell proportion analysis) while step 3 identifies differentially expressed genes (including the generation of supplementary tables).
