Policy enforceability and cross-domain coordination drive decarbonization in China
Abstract
The sample of this study consists of a city-level panel dataset covering 336 Chinese cities between 2011 and 2022, including prefecture-level cities, regions, autonomous prefectures, and leagues, with the aim of examining the impact of climate policies on urban carbon reduction. We conducted econometric modeling using Stata 17 and performed data visualization with ArcGIS 10.8.
