Statistical analysis for blastopore organizer experiments

R scripts to reproduce statistical analyses and figures for the manuscript "A blastoporal organizer in a ctenophore". The code implements binomial GLMMs to quantify organizer-induced secondary axis formation in Mnemiopsis leidyi and Nematostella vectensis transplantation experiments. It generates predicted probabilities, odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals, and figures including violin plots and forest plots corresponding to Figure 4 and Extended Data Figure 8.
