Innovation as a Transformative Force in Organizational Management
Abstract
Objective: To conduct a review and analysis of the scientific publications produced between 2021 and 2025 on innovation management in organizations. Theoretical Framework: Innovation is becoming increasingly established as a key strategic driver for the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations, especially in a context of rapid transformation and high uncertainty. Methodology: The study employed a qualitative, analytical, and interpretive approach, with a documentary design and a hermeneutic method. The selected studies were categorized and analyzed, establishing lines of inquiry. Results and Discussion: The initial findings revealed that innovation cannot be viewed solely as a technological outcome, but rather as a continuous management process that requires other important elements such as organizational learning, ongoing adaptation to rapidly changing environments, and strategic leadership. Research Implications: Theoretically, the implications lie in the conceptual contribution focused on the systematic construction of existing knowledge. From a practical standpoint, this will provide input for managers to redesign their management models toward new approaches. Originality and value: The perspective of articulating and integrating the three lines of analysis that shape innovation management in modern organizations. The results obtained will contribute to knowledge generation by providing a critical analysis that can be considered when designing new disruptive management models, strategies, and policies focused on innovation.
