Стремительное ускорение темпов развития искусственного интеллекта (ИИ), нарастание технологического соперничества между КНР и США обуславливают необходимость стратегического сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем. В последние два года Россия и Китай активно работают над синхронизацией политики, проектов и стандартов в области ИИ. The rapid acceleration of the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the growing technological rivalry between China and the United States necessitate strategic cooperation between Russia and China. In the last two years, Russia and China have been actively working on synchronizing their AI policies, projects, and standards.
