SIMULACIJA PROCESA MONTAŽE PRIMENOM LEAN FILOZOFIJE
Abstract
In this paper, the basics of the Lean philosophy are shown, then through a game simulation of the application of tools for improving the workplace and eliminating losses in the process of assembling airplane models from LEGO bricks.
