UNAPREĐENJE PROCESA SKLADIŠTENJA U KOMPANIJI ,,TARKETT”
Abstract
This Master theisis presents basic storing processes of goods in the company Tarkett, with main focus on the improvement of those processes. Based on the SWOT analysis and the Ishikawa diagram the main causes of storage problems were discovered, which were eliminated through Project methodology.
