ANALIZA PROJEKTA „SLACK“ KROZ ALATE STRATEŠKOG UPRAVLJANJA
Abstract
The master's thesis is based on the description of the analysis of the application of strategic management tools in the Slack project. It concludes the extent to which these tools are utilized, how they are applied, and where deviations from optimal use most commonly occur. The analysis includes an assessment through models such as the UCP, Wheelwright & Clark, and TALC models. The theoretical part examines key concepts and ideas related to strategic project management, as well as terms associated with project success analysis. A detailed explanation of these concepts will serve as an introduction to deeper research, enabling a clearer understanding of the factors influencing project success and how strategies can be adapted to meet specific project requirements and goals. The research section presents the data collected for the analysis, which is subsequently carried out, while also providing a detailed overview of the situation in IT and communication technology markets.
