Abstract
This paper explores improvements in the development of hardware systems, with a particular focus on in-vehicle infotainment systems. The theoretical section analyzes current trends in automotive industry, safety standards, technical specifications, market demands and traditional project management methods. The research section highlights the advantage of the agile approach and proposes a hybrid model as a solution for more efficient project management, adapted to specific demands of the automotive industry.
