KONTINUIRANO UNAPREĐENJE U DIGITALNOM DOBU: USVAJANJE LEAN SIX SIGMA METODOLOGIJE U USLOVIMA RADA NA DALJINU
Abstract
This paper analyzes the application of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in highly digitalized work environments, with a particular focus on remote work. It explores how Total Quality Management (TQM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) influence employee motivation for adopting LSS initiatives. The study employs a quantitative analysis method to identify key success factors for LSS in digitalized settings, emphasizing practical recommendations for adapting LSS strategies to a digital workforce. The results highlight the significant role of management and the challenges in implementing HRM practices in the context of remote work.
