The subject of the study is the examination and analysis of the application of crisis strategies in dairy industry enterprises, identifying their effectiveness, and developing recommendations for improvement. The dairy industry, like any other sector of the economy, is subject to the influence of cyclical fluctuations, economic shocks, and force majeure circumstances. In a crisis, the stability and competitiveness of enterprises directly depend on the effectiveness of the crisis strategies employed. This work is dedicated to the analysis and assessment of the use of crisis measures in dairy industry enterprises, highlighting the most effective approaches and identifying problems arising during their implementation. A wide range of strategies is considered, from financial stabilization and cost optimization to product line diversification and the search for new markets. The study employs a comprehensive approach, including an analysis of literary sources, statistical data, industry reports, and empirical research results. Methods such as comparative analysis, financial performance analysis, expert evaluations, and modeling are utilized. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a comprehensive model for assessing the effectiveness of crisis strategies in dairy industry enterprises, taking into account the industry's specifics and contemporary economic challenges. The conducted analysis allows concluding that the successful application of crisis strategies in dairy industry requires a comprehensive approach, combining operational measures to stabilize the current situation with strategic decisions aimed at enhancing long-term resilience. Key success factors include timely diagnosis of crisis phenomena, adaptation of strategies to the specifics of the enterprise and market conditions, effective cost management, flexibility in decision-making, and constant monitoring of results. At the same time, underestimating the importance of innovations, diversification, and the development of new sales channels can significantly weaken the crisis potential of enterprises. It is also essential to consider the risks associated with dependence on raw material suppliers and the instability of consumer demand.
