GEM46 Motor Destruct Test
Abstract
This paper summarizes the test setup and results of a GEM46 motor destruct performed at AFRL, Edwards AFB. The purpose of the test was to determine if a shorter-than-standard LSC was capable of rendering a Graphite-epoxy solid rocket motor non-propulsive and provide data for computational and empirical models for solid rocket motor safety.
