Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the behavior of reflected detonation waves inside a detonation tube. This research aims to characterize the interaction between the incident detonation wave and the endwall, focusing on pressure dynamics and wave reflection patterns. Initial experiments are conducted using stoichiometric hydrogen-oxygen mixtures at varying initial conditions. The study seeks to provide insight into the mechanisms of shock reflection, contributing to a deeper understanding of reflected shock behavior in confined detonation environments.
