O papel das escolas judiciais na formação da magistratura: em busca do perfil desejado para o juiz contemporâneo
Abstract
Is an analysis of the role played by the Judicial Schools in training for the judiciary in order to define the desired profile for the judge contemporary, based on the requirements set out in the Ibero-American Code of Judicial Ethics. It is argued that the ethical and humanistic education is an essential precondition for the judiciary, for the modern world requires a judge who understands the problems of society and has leather.
