Abstract

The dataset includes one Excel spreadsheet containing PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic Acid) concentrations measured in plasma, follicular fluid, liver, and ovary of pigs administered 70 ng PFOA/kg body weight or controls, under thermal neutral or heat stress conditions. There are also 8 python scripts for analysis.
