Genome assemblies and annotations for Catonephele acontius and Catonephele numilia to be associated with the article: Long read, high-coverage reference genomes of the Nymphalid butterflies Catonephele acontius and C. numilia (Nymphalidae: Biblidinae) These genomes were assembled using PacBio HiFi data and annotated using PacBio IsoSeq data.
