Abstract

The genome of Istocheta aldrichi (Diptera: Tachinidae), a parasitoid of the Japanese beetle, Popillia japonica (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) Supplemental File S2 contains GFF3 format annotations for all genomes used in comparative genomic analyses. Genomes (NCBI accession is in each file name) were repeat masked (RepeatModeler and RepeatMasker) and annotated ith BRAKER.
