Genomic Entropy confers an aggressive Phenotype in Mesothelioma

This draft repository contains supplementary data described in the draft manuscript - Genomic Entropy confers an aggressive Phenotype in Mesothelioma, manuscript in presubmission stage. The data includes somatic mutations (text files) obtained from whole-exome sequence analysis of 277 mesotheliomas and analysed using phylogenetic methods to infer the genetic evolution of mesothelioma. This repo also includes code description of the software used, statistical results and a README file that describes the content of each file.
