Python code for calculating Hillier's Symmetry Index (HillierSymmetryIndex)
Abstract
Written in Python3. This was written incrementally by the author with some AI assistance. All code has been checked and validated against known and newly created example datasets. It is based on standard graph network libraries. It is currently designed to be used with the accompanying test dataset of 50 x sample shapes, also available through figshare.
