Historical and Ethnographic Museum of the town of Tvarditza
Abstract
A "two bouquets" carpet, woven by a craftswoman from Tvarditsa in the 1980s. It was most likely woven on a large vertical loom, because it can be seen that the carpet is woven entirely, the floral band is masterfully made of small flowers, in which bluish, pink, orange colors are present, which are absent in the bouquets. In addition to the floral band, so-called orange-colored teeth are woven at the edge of the carpet. The carpet is approximately 2 m long and 1.4 m wide.
