Abstract

In the center of the hall, a carpet known as "two bouquets" is laid on the floor. This is a carpet woven in the "siliuchano" or picked “by fingers” technique. On the main black background in the center are two bouquets of red roses, in this case combined with smaller bluish flowers. The carpet is surrounded by a floral ribbon, which contains various flowers woven in the color range that is present in the bouquets: greenish, bluish and red tones. Woven in 1972, donated to the museum by Voinskaya Maria from Taraclia. The carpet was received at the wedding, as a dowry.
