Drawing competition about traditional Bulgarian carpets among students of the gymnasium in Stoianovca

The work of the student Savitcaia Valeria, 12 years old, who also took third place in her age category (11-14 years old). She participated in the drawing and essay contest with the common theme "My Grandmother's Carpet" held between 17.11.2023 -15.12.2023. The theme of the drawing contest was "My Grandmother's Carpet is the most beautiful in the world - come see it!". The drawing is made predominantly in green and red colors, specific to the carpets of the Bulgarians in the Republic of Moldova. The general image is made of rhombuses with a red background, on which stylized elements in the form of a cross are placed, reflecting the Bulgarian people's belonging to the Christian Orthodox religion.
