Abstract

The work of a student Bugor Vyacheslav, 15 years old, took second place in his age category (15-18 years old). He participated in the drawing and essay competition with the general title "My grandmother's carpet", held between 17.11.2023 - 15.12.2023. The main theme of the drawing competition was "My grandmother's carpet is the most beautiful in the world - come see it!". The drawing is a stylization of the "tablava" carpet, which was widespread here in the 80s. On the central field, executed in green tones, a bouquet of multi-colored flowers is reproduced, surrounded by geometric and floral elements specific to this type of carpet. The central field is surrounded by a ribbon made with what are more often called "wolf teeth". In the central part there are geometric and cosmogonic ornaments.
