Ground Soil Ready for Pre-Carding in Ghufti Village
Abstract
The image captures the final stage of soil preparation by GLZ from Ghufti village, where she has finely ground the soil in a large metal bowl. The soil, now free of large chunks, is ready to be heated and then sprinkled over wool during the pre-carding process. This finely sifted soil will help absorb moisture and grease from the wool, ensuring it dries evenly before carding.
