Abstract

The annotation captures a conversation between GLZ and MNS in Ghufti village, discussing the process of preparing warp threads for weaving, especially in the winter. GLZ explains the necessity of sunlight to dry the warp threads, but in the colder months, they are placed near or under the stove to ensure they dry effectively. GLZ describes how the threads are prepared by dividing them into two parts, wetting them as they’re attached to the spindle, and then spinning them into small yarns.
