Abstract

This overhead shot captures the essence of a geeve gathering in Royee village, Chitral, where women traditionally come together in winter to tease and prepare wool. Seated around a central stove, their hands skillfully work with raw wool, transforming it for spinning. The warm glow of the stove, the colorful patterned rugs, and the communal atmosphere highlight the deep cultural traditions of Shu making in Chitral.
