FAIRsharing record for: KIT Whole-Body Human Motion Database
Abstract
This FAIRsharing record describes: The KIT Whole-Body Human Motion Database is a large scientific dataset of whole-body human motion captured with motion-capture systems for research in robotics, biomechanics, and motion analysis. It provides 3D motion recordings, both as raw data and in a normalized representation using the Master Motor Map model, and includes interactions with objects as well as subject metadata. The database supports efficient search, tagging, and use of motion data for tasks like humanoid robot control, human motion synthesis, and learning motion primitives.
