Ontogenetic shifts in morphology and ecology of eastern Pacific white sharks revealed by computer vision

This dataset contains the raw and processed data associated with the PLOS ONE publication “Ontogenetic shifts in morphology and ecology of eastern Pacific white sharks revealed by computer vision analysis”. These data include original imagery, trained model checkpoints (weights) for reproducing segmentation models, and the resultant segmentation masks generated using each model.
